Frequently asked questions

We price after a site visit. We measure the space, record its condition and technical constraints, then build the estimate line by line, with works and materials separated. We deliberately do not offer an online calculator: apartments of the same size often need entirely different budgets.

A green frame is the most prepared: partitions, screed and services are already in place, and only the finishes remain. A white frame needs additional preparation work. A black frame means partitions, screed and all the services are built from scratch, so it carries the largest scope.

The timeline for any apartment renovation is set according to the client's brief and the scope of work. The specific period is worked out in advance and written into the contract.

Yes. Interior design is a standalone service here. The working documentation is prepared so that any qualified work group can build from it, and author supervision can be added if you want us watching the site.

Whichever suits you. The materials can be bought by you or by us — both are possible, and the arrangement is set out in the contract. Either way we prepare the detailed specification and manage the delivery schedule so the work never stalls.

Payment is staged. Each stage is signed off against a checklist with photographs and paid after acceptance. The exact schedule is set out in the contract.

Planning, a moodboard, the colour and material palette, 3D visualisation, an album of working drawings (floors, ceilings, electrics, plumbing, elevations, details) and the furniture specification. What the package contains is set out in the contract.

For localised work, yes, on a phased programme. For a full renovation we advise against it: dust, noise and services being switched off make it impractical.

We work mainly in Tbilisi and the surrounding area. Another location is agreed case by case, with logistics shown as a separate line in the estimate.

Because an online estimate is nearly always wrong. The condition of the property, the state of its services, ceiling heights and material choices can change the budget several times over. We would rather visit and give you a real estimate.
