Apartment Renovation

A complete renovation from black, white or green frame to a finished, styled interior — one team, one contract.

Apartment Renovation

An apartment renovation at Keri.ge starts with how you actually live, not with the walls. We study how the space is used, where the light falls short, what the layout is fighting against — and only then do we start planning.

Every stage, from demolition to the final furniture install, sits under one project manager. You get a detailed estimate before work begins and a weekly photo report while it runs.

What is included

  • Demolition and waste removal
  • Electrical wiring and lighting circuits
  • Plumbing network and wet rooms
  • Wall levelling, skimming and painting
  • Flooring — parquet, laminate, ceramics
  • Door and window installation
  • Ceiling systems and concealed lighting
  • Final clean and handover

Fixed estimate

The price in the contract is the price. Additional work only ever proceeds with your written approval.

One team

Designer, engineer, project manager and work group are all in-house — not a chain of subcontractors.

Concealed work is photographed

Electrics, plumbing and waterproofing are photographed before anything covers them.

FAQ

Apartment Renovation

We price after a site visit. We measure the space, record its condition and technical constraints, then build the estimate line by line, with works and materials separated. We deliberately do not offer an online calculator: apartments of the same size often need entirely different budgets.

The timeline for any apartment renovation is set according to the client's brief and the scope of work. The specific period is worked out in advance and written into the contract.

Whichever suits you. The materials can be bought by you or by us — both are possible, and the arrangement is set out in the contract. Either way we prepare the detailed specification and manage the delivery schedule so the work never stalls.
